  I'm never in the habit of giving reviews, however something as personal as this I feel I should share, my Mother passed Dec 2016, lived a long life, not easy she had 3 sons no husband that was around, my brother spoke with Bea at Desert Lawn before my mother passed and made arrangements and told me how lucky we were to have such a caring person handling our mother's services, My brothers and myself despite our street upbringing are kind and trusting, Bea promised us that the money we were paying would take care of my mother and we would be able to visit her within the next month. My mothers service was Jan 12, as of March 28, the plaque we were promised nowhere to be found, I was told the people that make the plaques made an error so they had to send it back, (no call to us, and of course they happen to be back east) My mother did not have an easy life, it sucks she would be totally disrespected at the end of her life, we we're hoping to have a private service for her birthday April 5, Bea told me she could put a piece of paper with her name on it for us, is that something anybody would want for somebody they would never forget?
